Terms of Service — Rainbow Sketchbook

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users (“Users”) of Rainbow Sketchbook (the “App”).

2. About the App

The App is a mobile coloring and drawing game for children aged 5 and up. Parental consent and supervision are required for users under 13.

3. Features

Coloring (paint on templates)
Drawing (free drawing canvas)
Gallery (saved artworks)
Story mode (short interactive story)
One-time in-app purchases — unlock locked templates (per-category or all categories; see Section 4)

4. Pricing

The App’s core features are free.
Some templates are locked. They can be unlocked via the in-app products below. All products are one-time (non-consumable, NON_CONSUMABLE) purchases — not subscriptions.

5. In-App Purchases & Refunds

All payments are processed via Google Play.
Receipts are issued by Google.
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase can be made directly on Google Play:

The App does not store payment information.
If a child made a purchase without parental consent, please request a refund via Google Play.

6. User Artwork Copyright

Users retain copyright to artwork they create in the App.
The App developer retains copyright to templates, characters (e.g., Tosmie), and UI assets.
Users may freely use/share artwork they create for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
Unauthorized copying/distribution/commercial use of templates, characters, or App assets
Bypassing the payment system to access paid content
Using the App to infringe on others’ rights

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from App use.
The above does not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The developer is not responsible for artwork data loss (App uninstall, device damage, etc.).

9. Service Changes

The developer may modify or discontinue App features.
Significant changes will be announced via App updates.
In case of permanent service discontinuation after a paid purchase, reasonable compensation for the remaining value will be considered.

10. Privacy

The App does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone, or location) and shows no advertising. It collects only anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics in kids mode) to improve service quality. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Korean law for users in South Korea, and by applicable local law for users in other jurisdictions, to the extent permitted.

12. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, we will announce changes with the next App update. Significant changes will also be notified in-app.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective from May 22, 2026.
