Rainbow Sketchbook (the “App”) is a mobile coloring and drawing game designed for children aged 5 and up. The App prioritizes child user safety and privacy above all else.
This Policy complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States, Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding children’s data, South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act, and the Google Play Families Policy.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. We collect anonymous usage analytics only to improve service quality (see Section 7).

All data (your child’s artwork, progress, unlock status, etc.) is stored only on the user’s device. Nothing is transmitted to external servers.
/data/data/com.rainbow.sketchbook/)The App offers one-time (non-consumable) in-app products that unlock locked templates: category packs (category_pack_<category>, ₩1,500 / ~$1.19, 8 packs) and an unlock-all product (premium_templates, ₩2,500 / ~$1.99). None are subscriptions.

The App is designed primarily for children under 13 (ages 5+). The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that the App has inadvertently collected a child’s personal information, please contact us using the information below. We will promptly delete any such information.
Since the App collects no personal information, there is nothing to share with third parties.
